The EuroCreditBank team participated in the Fintech Future Conference – 3rd Edition, held under the theme “Fintech for All”, an event reflecting one of the most significant stages in the transformation of the financial sector in the Republic of Moldova.
The conference takes place at a defining moment for the national financial ecosystem. In 2026, the Republic of Moldova is firmly engaged in the process of European integration and digital transformation of the financial sector, with concrete results, real challenges, and clear objectives aligned with the “European Moldova 2030” agenda.
The event brought together representatives of financial institutions, fintech companies, public authorities, and European partners to discuss the development of an interoperable, secure fintech ecosystem oriented toward the real economy. Key strategic directions included artificial intelligence, Open Finance, RegTech, and the development of a cross-border fintech corridor, all essential elements for Moldova’s integration into the financial market of the European Union.
The conference agenda addressed topics relevant to the future of the industry: financial inclusion in rural areas, digital lending for agriculture and SMEs, financial services for the diaspora, expansion of open banking, data security and digital identity, embedded finance and Banking-as-a-Service, as well as financing innovation through European instruments.
For EuroCreditBank, participation in the Fintech Future Conference represents an important opportunity to contribute to the dialogue on the future of financial services and to support the development of a modern digital ecosystem aligned with European standards.
