BC "EuroCreditBank" S. A. was founded on September 1992.
The first internet banking in the Republic of Moldova "Telebank.md" was created.
It was connected to the MasterCard payment system.
In July 2002 the Bank launched the 4th issue of shares in the total amount of 56.5 mln.lei ($4.15 mln.). In the history of the banking system of the Republic of Moldova, for the first time the shares of the private Commercial Bank were placed for sale. As a result of this share issue, the number of shareholders increased by 46 people.
The first multi-currency bank card was issued in the Republic of Moldova.
In August 2003 BC”EuroCreditBank”S. A. receives the license of the National Bank of Moldova Type B, which provides the possibility to perform operations in foreign currency.
Also since 2004, BC"EuroCreditBank"S. A. offers customers a new international system of Fast Money Remittance "Anelik".
In October 2003, the Bank opens an agency in Chisinau National Airport and in 2003 the Bank relaunches its activity through the international Money Remittance system “Western Union”.
In December 2003 BC”EuroCreditBank”S.A. updated the system for transferring financial information through the international SWIFT system. BC "EuroCreditBank" S. A. is the first bank in Moldova to launch SWIFTNet technology.
Since December 2004 the Bank offers customers a new system of Fast Money Remittance “Contact”.
In April 2005 BC”EuroCreditBank”S.A. becomes the First Bank in the Republic of Moldova that launched the issuance of a MasterCard virtual bank card for payment of purchases via the Internet.
Since June 2005 BC"EuroCreditBank"S.A. offers customers the possibility to receive and send money transfers through the rapid money remittance system "Unistream".
In 2005, the Ungheni branch of the bank was opened.
In October 2005 a new agency was opened in mun.Chisinau and two new agencies in the Botanica sector of the capital.
On June 1, 2006 BC ”EuroCreditBank” S.A. offers its customers the opportunity to receive and send money transfers through the fast money remittance system "Bistraia Pocita".
Since July 5, 2006 BC ”EuroCreditBank” S.A. for customers, the possibility to receive and send money transfers through the "Migom" fast money remittance system has been launched.
Also, two new Agencies were opened in the Telecentre and Riscani sectors of the Capital.
In August 2006, 3 Agencies were opened in Bălți.
In December 2006, a foreign exchange counter was opened in the Buiucani sector of the capital.
The Bank also offered customers the opportunity to receive and send money transfers through the "Leader" fast remittance system.
