BC EuroCreditBank SA is seeking an experienced IT professional for the position of Head of Banking Applications Implementation and Maintenance Department. The role involves coordinating the administration, maintenance, and development of banking applications, ensuring operational continuity, and compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical vision, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to digitalization and optimization of internal user support processes.
Responsibilities:
Organizing and coordinating the activity of the Banking Applications Implementation and Maintenance Department to achieve the strategic objectives of the Information Technology and Development Division;
Ensuring proper operation and maintenance of banking applications and related technical infrastructure;
Managing access rights and application configurations in compliance with security requirements and internal regulations;
Centralized management of technical requests and incidents through dedicated systems;
Implementing and optimizing digital solutions for processes and workflows;
Documenting interventions and ensuring traceability required for audit processes;
Drafting and reviewing internal regulatory documents within the Department’s scope of activity.
Candidate Requirements:
Higher education in IT;
Relevant professional experience;
Strong knowledge of system, application, and database administration;
Familiarity with regulations of the Banca Națională a Moldovei relevant to ICT and operational risks;
Systemic thinking, analytical mindset, and ability to solve problems efficiently;
Team coordination skills and focus on digitalization and proactive internal customer support;
Romanian – mandatory; Russian and English – an advantage.
